Morgan' Rock'N'Rollo ML a.k.a.ROCKO has arrived, and is home temporarily from his show schedule. This boy is 11 pounds of cute, cute, cute....and with a great coat! A word about the PRA RESULTS you see listed on our site: PRA stands for Progressive Retinal Atrophy, something that has shown itself to be a problem within our breed. Responsible breeders will attempt to test for it, in one form or another. This particular test I do is a genetic test that has just become available, and I'm very thankful for it. Not long ago it was difficult and expensive for many breeders to find a Canine Ophthalmologist to test the eyes. As to results.... *PRA NORMAL or clear means the dog does not carry any genes needed to pass on one common form of PRA, as far as the test has shown. There is unfortunately, only one test available to breeders, and it only tests for one form. *PRA Carrier does NOT mean the dog has PRA. Only "Affected" means the dog carries the disease, and NONE of our dogs are Affected.
